Friendly, nice and listened to me.
Discharge - once you're told you are going home. The process to speeded up.

Nursing/HCA staff: Excellent! Friendly, professional, good humoured and caring. Can't fault the nursing care.
Doctors/medical staff: Poor communication. Apparent lack of junior doctors. Different consultant everyday? No ownership of patients? Most of the time was unsure of who my team were. A few excellent junior doctors (Flora FI, Louis FI, Matthew CTI) but would have liked more updates on my care.
Catering: Good. Food OK. Regular refreshments and water rounds.

The care I received from the first to last minute has been exceptional. I really am so very grateful to all of the staff that dealt with me and I literally mean every single one but I must just mention doctor.
Nikolaos and for raising my spirits when I was very low and depressed special thanks to Julie and Wojtek.

Reassuring staff.
Most difficult - noisy machines and light at night.
